Spicy Rosemary Tamari Nuts

    Dried rosemary
    Cheyenne pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). While the oven is heating up, spread the nuts and seeds evenly on a baking tray. Sprinkle the dried rosemary, cayenne pepper, and tamari over the nuts and seeds. Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything together thoroughly, ensuring each nut and seed is coated in the seasoning.

2. Once the oven has reached the desired temperature, place the baking tray in the oven. Roast the mixture for about 5 minutes. After this time, carefully remove the tray and stir the nuts and seeds well. This will ensure they roast evenly. Return the tray to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes.

3. Depending on your oven, it will take about 10 to 15 minutes for the nuts and seeds to become perfectly roasted. They should be golden brown and slightly crispy. Once they are done, remove the tray from the oven and allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes. You can enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container for up to three days.
