Antioxidant smoothie

Your new, favorite smoothie, packed with antioxidants and sweet in flavor. Thick, creamy and delicious!

Ingredients

    1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    1/4 cup frozen raspberries
    1/2 tbsp Acai powder
    1/2 Banana
    1/4 cup Alpro unsweetened soy yoghurt
    1/4 cup Water
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon

    Topping:
    Alpro unsweetened soy yoghurt
    Chia Seeds

Directions:

If you don’t have a high speed blender, make sure to put the water and yoghurt at the bottom, then the frozen fruits on top, so that the blender doesn’t get stuck.
Just blend all the ingredients, add more yoghurt or water to your liking. Top it all up with a tablespoon of yoghurt and some chia seeds for our omega-3 intake.
