My favorite breakfast in summer 🙂
1. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender, add 1/2 cup of water to it and blend it until it is smooth and there are no chunks left.
2. Cut the Banana, Mango and Kiwi into slices and set them aside.
3. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top it with the sliced fruits and the remaining toppings.
4. Enjoy your fresh start in the morning!

This vibrant green smoothie bowl is my go-to when I want something refreshing, nourishing, and energizing in the morning. It’s packed with superfoods, fiber, healthy fats, and a rainbow of toppings that make it both beautiful and satisfying. The tropical twist from pineapple and mango brings the sunshine right to your spoon—even on grey days.
Ingredients
Liquids:
1 stalk Celery
1/3 cup Cucumber
1/2 Kiwi
1 tsp fresh Ginger
A handful of Kale
1/3 cup Pineapple
1 tsp Matcha
1/2 tsp Spirulina
1/2 tsp Maca
Toppings:
1/3 Banana
1/2 Kiwi
1/4 Mango
1/4 cup Raspberries (I used frozen ones)
1/2 tbsp Almondbuttter
Coconutchips
1 tsp Chia Seeds
Gojiberries
Mulberries
Cranberries
Directions:
1. Blend the base
Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender: celery, cucumber, half a kiwi, ginger, kale, pineapple, matcha, spirulina, maca, and water. Blend on high until smooth and creamy—there should be no chunks left.
2. Prep your toppings
While the blender is running (or afterward), slice the banana, remaining kiwi, and mango. Set them aside for topping.
3. Assemble the bowl
Pour the smoothie mixture into your favorite bowl. Arrange the sliced fruit on top, then add the almond butter, raspberries, coconut chips, chia seeds, goji berries, mulberries, and cranberries.
4. Serve and enjoy
Dig in right away and enjoy this nutrient-packed, refreshing bowl. It’s perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout fuel, or even a light lunch on warm days!
